This Privacy Policy explains what information Eveyond ("Eveyond", "we", "us") collects through eveyond.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The project assistant uses a third-party AI model provider to read and respond to your messages. Your chat messages are sent to that provider only to produce the assistant's replies and your project summary. Please do not enter sensitive information (such as passwords, payment card numbers, or health information) into the chat. The assistant is automated and its output is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, and only as needed for that purpose:
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser's session storage for a random session identifier, which is cleared when you close the tab. Stripe may set its own cookies on its payment pages, governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
We keep contact messages, project details, and payment records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your rights").
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email or by writing to us. If you live in California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and correct your information and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. If you live in Mexico, you may exercise your access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (ARCO) rights under the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the rights provided by the GDPR, including to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity first.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Eveyond serves clients in the United States and Mexico, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the site you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
